鹅帝锅锅火锅始创于1999年，隶属于上海成玖酒店管理有限公司旗下品牌。是九尺镇上第一家把鹅肠用于食材的饭店。是九尺镇第一家申请国家注册商标的企业，是九尺镇第一个运用现代化经营管理的餐饮企业。鹅帝锅锅将鹅作为火锅，推出了火焰麻辣味、滋补清汤味、传代鹅肝味、秘制酱香味、酸汤销魂味独居特色的鹅餐大宴。

The hot pot of goose pot was founded in 1999 and belongs to the brand of Shanghai Cheng Jiu Hotel Management Co., Ltd. It was also the birthplace of the goose pot, the first restaurant in the town of nine feet that used goose intestines for food. It is the first enterprise to apply for the national registered trademark in Jiuchi Town and the first catering enterprise to apply for modern management in Jiuchi Town.
